Succession Planning
We use a series of one-on-one meetings, vision-casting with the Founder/CEO and a one-day retreat with small group follow-up as our core methodology. We first define, analyze and “redesign” the best model and action items for a smooth transition of key C-level positions. We then combine open communication, best practices, early inclusion of core “subject matter experts” and, in alignment with client requests, several solid biblical content/models around succession planning, into a comprehensive succession plan of action.
